May 10, 2006
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - May 10, 2006 - Columbia, S.C. - Attorney General Henry McMaster announced today that his office will investigate whether Raleigh, N.C. based One Management Inc. has engaged in religious discrimination by prohibiting residents of the Heritage Court Apartments, located in Spartanburg, S.C., from participating in Bible studies and other religious activities in the complex’s common areas.
McMaster said that his office could possibly take legal action against the management company based on the results of the investigation.
