CALL STATE SENATOR GLENN REESE AND TELL HIM TO STOP THE OBSTRUCTION!
PRESS RELEASE
May 26, 2005

Team Leader
May 25, 2005

According to several news articles, Democrat Senator Glenn Reese intends to bring the South Carolina Senate to a halt this week.

Several important pieces of legislation, such as strengthening the penalities for criminal domestic violence and stalking, providing small business tax credits for job creation, and promoting charter schools, are now all in jeopardy unless Senator Reese stops his obstruction.

E-mail Senator Reese today at or call him at 803-212-6108 (Columbia office) or 864-585-1956 (Spartanburg office).

In addition, Democrat Senator Tommy Moore has sided with Senator Reese's obstructionist ways. Please take a moment and tell Senator Moore to stop playing politics and not to support the effort to shut down the Senate.

E-mail Senator Tommy Moore at or call him at 803-212-6156 (Columbia office) or 803-593-4007 (Aiken office).

With only 5 days left in the Legislative session, there are too many important bills yet to be passed that affect thousands of South Carolinians. Tell Senator Reese and Senator Moore to stop playing politics, stop the obstruction, and get back to doing the people's work!
