CLEARWATER, SC – Learning of a published web report that he planned to withdraw from the race for Governor, Senator Tommy Moore wasted no time in correcting the inaccurate and unfounded report.
“I have absolutely no intention of withdrawing from the gubernatorial race absent some unforeseen tragedy. These political rumor mills serve no valid purpose to inform the public on issues of moment. They seem only to serve there own narrow interests. I have done what the publisher of this rumor should have done; that is to call the source. The person they have attributed this specious statement to categorically denies it.”
