I think first they should actually operate as different companies and cut the top managements salaries. Imagine a Fortune 500 monopoly company right here in SC, yeah right, something is up in this company and it is not ethical business practices.

There sure is a thin veil between the corporations under SCANA. For instance, the pipeline company decides on a higher transfer rate , then passes the bill to the gas company, which in turn passes it to the wide mouthed forced to swallow consumer of this conglomerate monopoly with top heavy salaries.
