Election Day at The Common Voice
Jonathan Pait
November 5, 2002

Open posting is up and running. Of course, to take advantage of open posting, you must be a member of The Common Voice. You may still participate in the discussions, but the time it takes for your submission to appear will be delayed.

Click here to give us an update on how things were going at your polling place. How many people were there? Were there any candidates nearby? What were people saying?

Our Candidate at the Top feature has been cleared. Instead of voting multiple times or entering articles to gain points, let us know how you voted by voting once for the person you cast your ballot for today. It will be interesting to see how it comes out in the end compared to the real vote.

Starting at 7:00 AM, the editor will be “blogging.” You can follow along with me as I keep one eye and ear on the events of the day. If you see or hear something I miss, point it out to me or just post it right in the discussion section.

Of course, be sure to post any interesting headlines you might see out and about today using the headline submittal feature.
