September 6, 2005

As the troops continue to fight and accomplish their goals in Iraq, Cindy Sheehan has her own goals to fight for.

Beginning August 31, Sheehan has been a player in sending out three tour groups from the protests in Crawford, TX to the country abroad.  The Bring Them Home Now Tour began in three seperate cities--Dallas, Austin, and Oklahoma City.  The Southern Tour plans to be in Columbia, SC September 13  through September 15.

Past stops have included speaches and forums, pot luck meals, and candlelight vigils.  The only mentioned plan so far for Columbia is a rally at Martin Luther King Junior Park.  However, possibilities exists for a meeting with two congressional reps--Joe Wilson (R) and Jim Clyburn (D).

Stay informed by visiting Bring Them Home Now's website.  You may also learn more by contacting Tim Liszewski, .
